Linen Court Surgery - Welcome!

Telephone Advice

Most medical enquires can be handled very quickly if you phone the surgery and leave a message or question which the receptionist can pass on to the doctor. You can then phone back for a prompt reply.

There will usually be a much longer delay to speak to a doctor directly on the phone. If you really feel it is necessary to speak to the doctor please contact the surgery before 9.30am and leave your telephone number.  The reception staff will normally enquire as to the nature of your query, so that they can pass the details to the doctor who may need to check your records before phoning back. The doctor will try to return your call after morning surgery is finished.

It is very busy after surgery and so there may often be a delay before the doctor is able to return your call. A much quicker way is simply to leave a message to pass on to the doctor.

Please note that phone calls to the surgery are recorded for monitoring purposes and to ensure accuracy. These recordings are of course confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
